This leather bracelet is 100% handmade from raw leather and stamped with the acronym “ACAB.” Reminiscent of the wild west, these cuffs are the perfect intersection between southern history and the legacy of dissent its come to represent, and a criticism of the police state. A glossy finish and adjustable stainless steel clasps will make sure it lasts and is ideal for everyday wear.
Here is the process I go through for each bracelet:
1 day: Cut raw leather and sand to size, smoothing edges
2 days: Stamping leather
2 days: Dying leather several times to ensure color vibrance
1 day: finishing leather with beeswax and top coat for comfort and gloss
1 day: installing stainless steel snaps
Therefore, processing will take 5-7 days.
This piece is made to order, so it’s essential that you include your wrist circumference, in either inches or centimeters, in the personalization portion of your order. This measurement can be a range if preferred (for example, 7.5-7.8 inches), because the bracelet will have two adjustable settings.
Because this piece is lovingly handmade, which means you should expect your order to be similar to, yet unique from, the examples pictured within an acceptable range of quality. If you are ever unsatisfied within one year of the shipping date, shoot me a message and we’ll discuss it!
